Full judgment
Lord Justice Lloyd: 1. We have considered the further submissions and documents. This appeal is dismissed. Reasons will be given in writing as soon as possible. We do not want to prejudice the limited claim for damages which the learned judge allowed. It follows we refuse the application for permission to amend and the appeal is dismissed. Any consequential matters when we hand down the reasons which will be done in writing in the usual way we would expect to deal with in writing. Order: Application refused; appeal dismissed
