1. This appeal was brought on the basis that the Commissioner had failed to issue a decision notice in response to a complaint under section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 . The tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with a complaint that the Information Commissioner has failed to issue a decision notice. On that basis the appeal must be struck out.
