Full judgment

1. On 27 November 2024 Case Management Directions (“CMDs”) were issued inviting the Appellant to withdraw the appeal because the reasons submitted for the appeal no longer applied. The Appellant was directed to confirm within 14 days, no later than 11 December 2024, that he wished to withdraw the appeal. The Appellant was notified that if he did not respond by 11 December 2024 the Tribunal may strike out the appeal for failing to comply with a direction pursuant to Rule 8(1) of the Rules. 2. The Appellant failed to comply with the CMDs dated 27 November 2024 and there are grounds to strike out the appeal because the Appellant failed to comply with a direction that stated that failure to comply with the direction would lead to the striking out of the proceedings.
