Full judgment

1. MR JUSTICE TURNER: I am willing to extend this period by five months to 14 December 2013 and I order that accordingly.

2. MR HAMLET: My Lord, I am grateful. The only other matter is that of costs. I will invite that the defendant bear the costs of this application, as indeed she has on previous occasions, because again, due to a lack of engagement this could not be consented to.

3. MR JUSTICE TURNER: Yes. Remind me what is the sum that is being sought?

4. MR HAMLET: I have a schedule here. I have only one copy, my Lord, as you can see.

5. MR JUSTICE TURNER: Tell me what the bottom line figure is.

6. MR HAMLET: £1,922.

7. MR JUSTICE TURNER: I have no issue with that.

8. MR HAMLET: Thank you, my Lord.

9. MR JUSTICE TURNER: Thank you very much indeed.
